  • How do you track the commission that I earn?
    When you become a Japanese Green Coffee Co. Ambassador, you will be provided links and coupon codes generated by our system. These links and coupon codes are unique to you and the system tracks any sales coming from the links and coupon code. You can share these links and coupons on your website, social media posts, YouTube videos, or just tell your friends. Our system tracks the sales coming from the link and your unique coupon code. You can log in to our Ambassador program portals to track all the sales coming from your links and coupon.

  • How do you decide who becomes an Ambassador?
    Our team reviews every applicant on a case by case basis. While not necessary, we prefer applicants who have Japanese coffee experience and understand the product lines that they will be representing as Ambassadors.

    If you want to change the discount code, please send us an email at info@JapaneseCoffeeCo.com, your current discount code and the new code you want. Please make sure that the requested code hasn’t already been taken already. To check, you can simply enter the discount code on the check page of our website. If you are prompted with a message saying its invalid, then this means that code is available for you to use.
